A room block has been set up for our guests at the Courtyard by Marriott in Willoughby, Ohio, just minutes from both the Church and Reception sites. Rooms can be booked for the evening of Friday April 30, Saturday May 1 or for both nights. King bedrooms and Double Queen bedrooms are both available at a rate of $94 per night plus taxes. Rooms can be booked both over the phone and online. All Reservations must be made on or before March 31, 2010
To Reserve Your Room Over the Phone:
Reservations can be made by calling Courtyard by Marriott reservations at (800) 321-2211 and ask to reserve a room in Prior-Ingle Wedding group block.
To Reserve Your Room on the Internet:
1. Go to http://www.willoughbycourtyard.com
2. In the “Check Rates & Availability” section, enter desired arrival and departure information, number of rooms, and number of guests per room.
3. In the “Optional Information” section, fill in the appropriate “Group code” box with the following 7 letter code:
PIWPIWA Rooms with one king bed.
PIWPIWB Rooms with two queen beds.
4. Continue making reservation as instructed.
